Shipping policy

We handcraft each piece with care in our Lagos workshop and typically ship all orders within 2-3 working days, unless otherwise noted in the product details. You can expect to receive your order within 5 working days after dispatch.

In rare cases where we're unable to ship due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we'll reach out within 2 working days of your order to keep you informed.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including unexpected courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

If you haven't received your order within 7 working days of placing it, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at hellotuntunre@gmail.com, and we'll respond promptly to help.

Important delivery notes:

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses, and may need to charge an additional fee to reship.
• Each order ships to one location. If you need items sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
• You'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.
